All ingredients are fresh and our young chef Martino prepares every dish with finesse and attention to detail. We give our local products great importance and we are in favour of healthy food and of genuine dishes prepared with fewer fats as possible, from starters until desserts.

Our garden allow us to season our dishes with aromatics, spices and plants, creating an amazing harmony between colours and flavours.

FLAVOURS FROM THE CELLAR

Designed with mountain materials, namely natural wood and stone, the Piccolo Hotel’s wine cellar is very comfortable and welcoming. If you follow the advice of our sommelier Michele, you will succeed in choosing the best wine to match every occasion!

In our wine cellar, we often organize various training meetings with wine tasting, in order to make know the features of our local wine and, of course, of the products from our Trentino.
