Michele et toute la famille, Nous sommes bien arrivés en Belgique, le voyage s’est bien déroulé avec cependant un trafic dense sur les routes allemandes. Encore merci pour le petit déjeuner du samedi très tôt le matin.Le séjour au Piccolo Hôtel était parfait. Les chambres sont très confortables, la nourriture agréable et le vin délicieux. Ne changez rien aux services de votre maison (ils sont très bien) et surtout conservez cette gentillesse, propre à toute votre famille, qui donne un cachet et un charme particuliers à votre établissement. Merci pour tout cela. Nous reviendrons certainement.

The Piccolo Hotel was exceptional in every way. The family who own and run the hotel were terrific.All of the Staff,the rooms, the service and the food were outstanding and I am unable to find fault.The ski hire and ski school arranged by you and the hotel were most efficient and exceptionally friendly Congratulations and thank you

No doubt, that this one week was very short to enjoy great weather and snow on Paganella, but first of all great hospitality of Piccolo Hotel.
Thank you very much for another one great vacations. After talking to my colleagues who stayed at Piccolo for the first time, they have no doubt they would be happy to come back.
Great service, great food, great wine … And something what is not that common in other hotels – real “personal touch” of Viola Family.

I am writing in behalf of the group of Americans that stayed with you for 4 nights from 4 July thru 7 July. I want to take this time to thank you and your staff for making our stay so pleasant and providing us with courteous and prompt service and magnificent meals. We were all very impressed with your hotel and feel fortunate that Hotel Crozzon in Madonna di Campiglio gave us your name as a suggested stay. Also, personally, I wish to thank you all for having the patience to listen to my very poor Italian. I do wish I had an opportunity to use it here in the United States. Hopefully, I will be able to stay longer next time. Please give my best to your parents; I look forward to returning to your area again in the future. Di nuovo, grazie per tutto.

Dear Michele and family My wife and I are thoroughly enjoying the bottle of Nosiola that you so kindly gave us as we were departing after our all too brief stay with you, last month. It is quite superb and of course we shall regret not having bought a case of it! We have not touched the Rosso yet. We are waiting to share (some) of it with friends who happen love Italian wines.A late thank you for your superb hospitality when we stayed with you, we were most impressed and hope we can return for a longer stay sometime in the future. We HAVE to go back to Selva and perhaps we can manage both in the same trip.The boys managed to sneak in, in 99th place, which was a great achievement for 2 Trans Alp novices, so we were all very pleased with that.
