SOME USEFUL INFORMATION FOR YOUR STAYING

Check-in: the room will be ready after 2.00 PM; If you are arriving earlier, we can assure a garage parking spot and a place where to leave the baggages. You may also have all the infos about the sorrounding area and possible activities in reception. Lunch is served till 1.30 PM.
Check-out: before 11.00 AM. Late check-out till 7.00 PM and it costs 70,00 euros (per room)
The confirmed price do not include beverages during meals, but on request we may offer our pure spring water.
We accept the following payments: online instant bank transfer, cash, credit card VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, PAGOBANCOMAT

Deposit (summer 2024)
To confirm we ask a 30 % deposit od the whole price offered. If the reservation is cancelled before the 10 days from the arrival date (check-in) we offer a voucher with the deposit paid for a new booking, with the same price or more, usable during the season or the next one ( summer / winter).
WE RECOMMEND, once paid the deposit, to assure the reservation due to extenuating circumstances. The assurance will cover the penalty of arriving late or leaving early, where we use the daily rates of a staying.
